Luxury Villa Porec Golden Pride covers a living space of 546 m2 and is located on a property of 2557 m2. It offers accommodation for 12 people, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets (one on the ground floor, one on level -1, next to the gym.) One bedroom is located on level -1 and can be used for a nanny or maid. The second bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 rooms are on the first floor. The last bedroom has two single beds that can be placed together or separated, depending on the need. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, four with showers and two with shower/bathtub combinations and bidets.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals: a kitchen island with 5 bar stools, hob, extractor hood, sink, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, spices, wine cooler, kitchen utensils, glasses and dishes and a dining table with 10 seats. Large glass walls open onto an outdoor covered dining area, making it easy to prepare and serve meals.

The villa has a private outdoor heated 36 m2 seawater pool surrounded by sun loungers, a jacuzzi, with a relaxing natural garden setting, a seating area and an outdoor dining area with two tables and a total of 12 chairs, an outdoor yoga area and an outdoor Finnish sauna. The living space also includes a fully equipped gym with an indoor Finnish sauna and a games room located on level -1.

In addition to air conditioning, the villa is equipped with underfloor heating. Guests have access to up to 4 private outdoor parking spaces, electric vehicle charging, bicycles and SUP (additional fee). The villa accepts pets for an additional fee.
