It is located in Valbruna, in an area surrounded by nature, full of breathtaking landscapes, ideal for walking and trekking thanks to the numerous hiking trails.

The apartment is on two levels and the internal space is organized as follows:

1st Level:

-LIVING ROOM with dining table and chairs, TV, sofa, fireplace and access to the balcony;

-KITCHEN CORNER with gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

-BALCONY (with access from the living room).

2nd Level (internal stairs to access):

-BEDROOM I with double bed, single bed (bunk bed), two wardrobes;

-BEDROOM II with double bed, chest of drawers, table with chair;

-BATHROOM with sink, slightly raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
