The apartment, located on the ground floor of a three-story villa in a residential area, boasts spacious and bright interiors. The entrance opens onto the living area, consisting of a cozy living room with a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido. This destination is also perfect for lovers of trekking and outdoor walks: there are many paths on the territory such as the Wayfarer Path (40 km) that starts from Abbadia Lariana to Piantedo and the Greenway of Lake Como (10 km) that connects Colonno and Cadenabbia.
