Lagoon House offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in an ultra-modern, luxury holiday home situated in Onrus, just a short drive from Hermanus Central. The house is an architectural masterpiece of glass, concrete, wood and steel, blending perfectly with the expansive views of nature and the peaceful surroundings of the Onrus River. The tastefully decorated home offers plenty of spaces to relax and entertain, with views that draw attention from anywhere in the house. Guests can enjoy the heated pool, splendid views from the roof terrace, a home gym, and luxury kitchen appliances.

The solar-powered house comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom is situated on the first floor level, and contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a large dressing area and a private balcony with deck chairs overlooking the greenery of the Onrus River, lagoon and ocean. The second and third bedrooms are also located on the first floor and both contain queen-size beds, with bedroom 2 having a shower and bedroom 3 containing a free-standing bath. The second bedroom has an expansive view of the Onrus lagoon and ocean across the pool. The third bedroom overlooks the back garden and the mountain. The upstairs level also comprises a kitchenette. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and contains a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Sliding doors open onto a private outdoor sitting area with views of the back garden. All rooms have air-conditioning and fans for those hot summer days, as well as smart tv's.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 lounges, and a separate TV lounge with 2 smart TV's, and a bar area with wine coolers and an ice-maker. The kitchen is equipped with 2 integrated fridge-freezer combinations, a double oven with a steam and convention oven, 2 gas and induction hobs, a Nespresso coffee-maker, and a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer. The kitchen and all the bathrooms throughout the house have filtered water. Cleaning consumables and toiletries are provided.

In addition, the house features in- and outdoor braai facilities with supplied wood, a pizza oven, a fireplace in the lounge and in the main bedroom, a fire pit, outdoor dining, free Wi-Fi, 6 smart TV's with a full selection of DStv channels and Netflix, a roof terrace, and garage parking for 4 cars along with additional secure parking.
