Guido has already clarified to you that we sent to VRBO the right GPS coordinate so if the position on their map is not accurate is not our fault but anyway the property position is so clearly described in the property description with also all the main distances that I think that also VRBO will answer you in our same way. We don't mention that there is a hot tub at the unit. When you mentioned that there was no hot water on your first day, we sent the manager immediately to show you how to turn on the hot water. So there was not a problem only you do not know how it works and this is understandable but the management act promptly. When you said that the washer was not operating, we immediately sent you the manager to show you how to work it. Again there was not a problem. When you mentioned that there was no hot water on the right unit that you have been placed in, we sent a plumber within 30' minutes to fix the problem, which was a malfunction from the power cuts that Mykonos has on a frequent basis. Lastly on your departure day you left tips to the housekeeper, which means you were happy with your accommodation. We don't see the reason to refund you by 50% as you are asking.
