The house, with its large panoramic windows, consists of 2 independent apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It is perfect for families with children who can enjoy themselves in the open air, or for groups of friends who want to share a vacation without giving up their privacy.
Podere Le Casette is a charming house located in the characteristic village of Romita, an authentic rural hamlet composed of old farmhouses, surrounded by the beautiful Chianti vineyards. The property offers a private garden and a salt-water swimming pool, both with stunning views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The house is situated just 30km from Florence and 50km from Siena, making it easily accessible by public or private transportation. While a car is recommended for exploring the area, ample private parking with an electric charging station is provided. The owners of Podere Le Casette also produce their own high-quality olive oil and wine from the on-site plants. This peaceful and serene location serves as a perfect base for exploring the famous art cities of Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena, as well as the charming villages and farms in the region. After a day of exploration, guests can relax by the pool and enjoy a glass of wine or have a pleasant dinner in the furnished garden, away from the chaos of the city.
The outdoor park is perfectly organized in several areas that can be enjoyed from both apartments: The swimming pool area, equipped with private bathroom and indoor/outdoor shower, is furnished with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and gazebo; the barbecue area is organized with large marble table, wooden patio and large brick barbecue. Both apartments share also a laundry room accessible from the terrace.
Recently renovated, the apartment has been finely furnished with particular care, preserving the typical elements of Tuscan style: the careful search for valuable materials and special objects typical of the past, wisely restored and brought back to life, coexist in fact in a simple and sober way with the efficiency of modern comforts and modern designer furniture.


APARTMENT 1 GROUND FLOOR
The ground-floor apartment is entered through a terracotta-tiled entrance hall, through the glass-enclosed winter garden, overlooking the garden, and furnished with comfortable wicker armchairs, coffee table and TV. 
On the right opens the bright and spacious living room, with a fireplace, sofa and armchairs, and the kitchen, with a large square wooden table, chairs and antique cupboard, equipped with everything you may need to cook breakfast lunch and dinner whenever you want (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator, etc.). The sleeping area consists of 2 large and bright double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one ensuite, and large equipped panoramic terrace.


APARTMENT ALTANA   FIRST FLOOR
The first-floor apartment is accessed by an external staircase, which leads to the large panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor table and chairs. 
From here a glass door leads into the living room, furnished with armchairs and coffee table. On the left opens the large brass-colored kitchen, with its large windows framing the hills around, to look like paintings, its large rectangular wooden table and fireplace.
The sleeping area consists of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 finely renovated full bathrooms. A steep staircase leads to the apartment's loft, from which there are priceless views of the surrounding rolling hills. A small retreat with writing desk where you can work undisturbed.
