Old stone property, 150 sq. m., for up to 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. There is a garden, a swimming pool exclusively for guests, as is the barbecue. Parking for 2 cars is shared with others. The owners live in a small and completely independent part of the property.

Outdoors and swimming pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by various grass or paved areas on various levels, complete with tables and chairs for relaxing moments. The house leads down to the pool on a terrace, in the perfect position for enjoying the view of the surrounding woods and countryside. The pool is oval-shaped, measuring 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.65 m and is surrounded by a bathing area with sunbeds, beach umbrellas, outdoor shower, a beautiful wooden-paved gazebo with a small bar for outdoor meals and a portable barbecue. A small area of the garden has children’s games, exclusively for the guests. The parking for 2 cars is shared with the owners and other people.Interior
The interior has many traditional Tuscan elements, such as wood beams on the ceilings and cotto flooring; the property is furnished with a mixture of original antique and modern elements, in typical rustic Tuscan style. The farmhouse is on two floors joined by an indoor staircase. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into a small hallway with laundry room, well equipped kitchen with dining table, going up 3 steps you will find the living room with satellite TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Going up from the living room 4 steps there is 1 double bedroom with baby bed. From the hallway a staircase leads to the first floor with a large equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, small storage room.

Location
Casa Rebecca is next to other properties on the outskirts of a small village and boasts a great view of the surrounding hills, with vineyards and olive groves alongside typical Tuscan woods.

The farmhouse has a wifi connection, baby bed and high chair, heating, fans in each bedroom, complimentary toiletries and parking for 2 cars.

Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, water, electricity, gas (heating excluded), baby bed and high chair. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are cookery courses, dinners and tastings, sports and relaxing massages, hired help and babysitter, horse riding.

Important information
The pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. Access to the house via 100 m of gravel road. The owner lives in a small part of the farmhouse but does not use the property or the swimming pool. The owner has two dogs.Activities and distances
The Chianti area is in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, and is the perfect location for discovering the region’s history. Greve, Radda, Gaiole, Panzano in Chianti are all nearby via the “strada Chiantigiana”, well-known for its breathtaking views. Other famous Tuscan locations, such as the art cities of Siena, Florence, Volterra, Arezzo and San Gimignano are all a half hour’s drive away.
