St. Barth style – pure and simple – is the defining feature of Villa Kaz (KAZ), a newly built luxury rental property with a modern and comfortable feeling. Its high, vaulted ceilings and wide, retractable windows give it a sense of spaciousness and allow the Caribbean breezes to waft through. The terrace makes it ideal for indoor-outdoor living.

Villa Kaz is very convenient for a small group of friends or a family. Its location in Grand Cul de Sac gives it views over the lagoon and the pond.

The central living area and good-size kitchen share a gracious open space. They are partially divided by an island with barstools, and both are connected to the terrace. This outdoor space has a covered dining area, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a pool.

The primary bedroom is above the main rooms, reached via a flight of stairs to the left of the living space. It occupies its own bungalow and has a small covered terrace in front. The remaining two bedrooms are below the main space, reached via another flight of stairs. These are next to each other.

All three bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms, outdoor showers, and TVs. The upstairs bedroom has a European king-size bed, while the two remaining bedrooms have queen beds. All three have good natural light and luminosity.
