General Conditions of Sale of PUSHE SL Terms of payment 1. Outstanding Balance The reservation must be paid in full before handing over the keys. 2. Refundable Deposit To cover possible damage to the property, the client must pay a deposit by credit card 7 days before check in. The specific amount of this deposit will be indicated on the property sheet. It will be returned 7 days after check out if there are no damages. Number of Guests It is strictly prohibited to accommodate more guests in the tourist accommodation than those declared in the reservation. According to RD 933/2021, it is mandatory to register all guests. Customer Responsibility 1. Use of Accommodation By making a reservation with PUSHE SL, the client and their companions undertake to make appropriate use of the property, exempting PUSHE SL from any responsibility for any damages that may arise from such use. The property will never be considered the client's home. 2. Valuables PUSHE SL is not responsible for valuable objects that clients bring with them or leave in the accommodation during their stay. 3. Damage Caused The client will be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, except for normal wear and tear associated with daily use of the accommodation. Other Issues 1. Specific Accommodation Rules In all PUSHE SL accommodations, a list of the accommodation's specific rules is available to the client. These will include basic rules such as quiet hours, guidelines for garbage disposal and recommendations for respectful behavior with neighbors and the environment. Serious and/or repeated breach of the established conditions by the client or his companions will give PUSHE SL the right to demand immediate abandonment of the accommodation, without the right to compensation or return of the deposit. Entrances and Exits 1. Arrival Check in at accommodation managed by PUSHE SL can take place between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. For in person arrivals outside these hours, an additional charge may apply, depending on the accommodation. This will be communicated by message in the reservation confirmation. 2. Exit The properties must be vacated and ready for cleaning no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
