Cet appartement Ă  l'Ă©tage de 200 mÂČ dispose d'une petite cuisine complĂšte avec de nouveaux appareils, d'une table Ă  manger pour 2, d'un spa complet comme celui d'une salle de bains, d'une grande chambre avec un lit queen-size, d'un canapĂ© / canapĂ©-lit, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une Smart TV. Best part of our trip

Cozy and Comfortable

The space was just as described with all of the amenities you could need during your stay. Such a cute spot in an up and coming neighborhood! Its close to many restaurants and entertainment venues (check out Morning Fork on Frankfort Ave - you wont be disappointed!). Karen was very communicative and genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Cute, Cozy, and Clean

I stayed for one night with my sister and it was a very pleasant stay! Parking and getting in was easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was super close to the venue. The bed is super comfortable and the space has everything needed to make yourself at home. This is the place to stay in Louisville!

Clean, quiet and cute!!

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Louisville for our daughters volleyball tournament. We weren't there much due to long days the gym, but it was so nice to come back to a quiet and clean place. It had everything needed and more! We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Louisville! Thanks so much!

Beautiful place in a great location

The setting was fantastic and the location couldn't be better. Right around the corner from downtown and even closer to the baseball park and soccer stadium. Would love to stay again when we come to visit.

We were in town for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to the Expo Center. Worked perfectly.

Great short stay

This was a great place to stay for my short trip to the area. The check-in process was really easy and the property was really clean. The bed and other furnishings were are all really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great little hideaway

We loved our time on the Bourbon Trail and being able to stay in such a great location was key. We spent breakfast at the little corner bakery and had drinks at night over at Shop Bar. A+ location.

Perfect Apartment in Louisville

Great getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, very clean and roomy place for 2-3 people. Easy check in and check out. No issues at all. The dive bar down the street, Seidenfaden’s, was awesome! Friendly people and great drinks. Will definitely be back again!

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Let us know why you are coming to visit and we will try to accommodate and enhance your stay.

Our house is in the most desirable neighborhood in Louisville. It is close to everything cool and still has that old school neighborhood feel! It is the pulse of the city. All of the best local restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. We are close to Bardstown Rd, Downtown, Ky Expo Center, University of Louisville and Churchill Downs and the new Old Forester Paristown Hall.

This 2nd floor studio has an open but cozy feel, great natural lighting! Take a stroll around the neighborhood to local shops, bars, and restaurants. Parking pad in the back or free street parking in the front. All of our properties are monitored by exterior cameras.
We're right next door so we can respond quickly to any needs. We're happy to help!
Close to everything fun and exciting but offers a close knit neighborhood feel.
