Come relax in our large comfy, cozy studio apartment!We are ready to host short term, mid-term, and long term rental guests. Digital nomads, nurses and healthcare professionals welcome!
Be sure to read our House Rules to make sure our listing is a good fit. Must be 21yrs old or older to book.
This 800 sq feet upstairs apartment of a duplex features a small full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 2, 1 full bathroom with large step-in shower, a large bedroom area with a medium firm queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, and High speed internet and a Smart TV. Washer/dryer available. Premium bedding, linens, and towels. There is a staircase with 17 steps leading up to the apartment. There is a large back yard with a nice patio area with seating, gas grill and private parking in the back and free on street parking in the front.
Because of our close proximity to Louisville’s vibrant nightlife, the eclectic dining scene & shopping it’s no wonder visitors flock here to get a taste of something amazing! Walk to the hottest music and entertainment venue- Old Forester Paristown Hall! Don’t forget about Ky Derby and all the Bourbon Distilleries! We are the Napa Valley of Bourbon!!!
Quick cab ride or car sharing service to and from the Airport ( 5.9 miles), to Churchill Downs (4.8 miles), KY Expo Center (4.7 miles), KY International Convention Center (2.4 miles), KFC Yum Center (2.5 miles), University of Louisville (3 miles) and to Downtown Louisville (2 miles).
Owner/Operator available next door for any needs.
**Before booking, please note-- We ask all guests to upload ID, e-sign our rental agreement and hold a security deposit of $300 at time of booking. Access info will not be given until the booking process is completed.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash and recycling cans on the right as you exit the door.
Trash pick up day is Monday morning. Recycling pick up day is Wednesday afternoon.
Please text us when you are leaving so we can get a jump on cleaning:)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before booking, please note- We ask all guests to sign our Rental Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300.

Cozy and Comfortable

The space was just as described with all of the amenities you could need during your stay. Such a cute spot in an up and coming neighborhood! Its close to many restaurants and entertainment venues (check out Morning Fork on Frankfort Ave - you wont be disappointed!). Karen was very communicative and genuinely wants to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The setting was fantastic and the location couldn't be better. Right around the corner from downtown and even closer to the baseball park and soccer stadium. Would love to stay again when we come to visit.

Great little hideaway

We loved our time on the Bourbon Trail and being able to stay in such a great location was key. We spent breakfast at the little corner bakery and had drinks at night over at Shop Bar. A+ location.

This was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Louisville for our daughters volleyball tournament. My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends.
