Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights, changeover day flexible.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30.
Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00; Early departure at a cost of €30.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 300 kWh per week (exceeding consumption must be paid on site at €0.50 per kWh), weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, midweek cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (local products), baby cot.
Tourist tax: €2.00 per night per person excluding minors up to 12 years, maximum 7 nights, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets not allowed.

The swimming pool is open all year round.
