The garden leads to the main kitchen, featuring a high ceiling with exposed brick and original stone flooring; it is fully equipped and functional. Adjacent to it is an additional living space with a second, smaller kitchenette. Also on the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a spacious living area (a double sofa bed can be added upon request), and three bathrooms—two with showers and the third with a shower and a magnificent bathtub adorned with fine tiles.
The other three double bedrooms are located on the loft level and are accessible via a convenient internal staircase made of wood and wrought iron. From one of these bedrooms, a flight of stairs leads to a small, charming rooftop terrace—ideal for a romantic breakfast in complete seclusion.
