This delightful 37m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift, please note that a few steps must be climbed before reaching the elevator.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table and seating for two.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, a fridge, and an air fryer, perfect for preparing light meals.

The bedroom is furnished with twin beds dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The room also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the invigorating, crisp air.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is situated in one of Porto’s most vibrant and sought-after districts, offering a perfect blend of culture, leisure, and urban convenience. Just a short walk away is the iconic Casa da Música, an architectural masterpiece by Rem Koolhaas and a hub for world-class concerts and cultural events. Nearby, the Bom Sucesso Market brings together tradition and modernity, with a variety of food stalls and eateries offering a taste of local flavours.

Avenida da Boavista also provides easy access to Parque da Cidade, Porto’s largest urban park, where visitors can enjoy expansive green spaces, scenic trails, and moments of tranquillity. Not far from the address is the Serralves Foundation, a renowned cultural institution that includes a contemporary art museum, a stunning art deco villa, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just an 8-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
