About this property

Spotless in Spokane

Located in the charming and historic Rockwood neighborhood on Spokane's beautiful South Hill, this is meticulously maintained two bedroom basement apartment will have you in a state of relaxation and peace. The patio features a gas grill, hot tub, and even has a cooling mister fan on hot summer days. The driveway is all yours and the zen backyard is gated and private.

Kitchenette is equipped with full-sized fridge/freezer, airfryer/toaster, two-burner hot plate, microwave, sink, reverse osmosis water, coffee maker, electric tea kettle. Also provided are coffee, cream, teas, sugar, stevia, honey, and fridge has butter, jams and jellies. Of course, dishes, cookware, utensils, 5 essential spices and spray oil etc., are all provided. The unit does not yet have a full stove.

Four-piece bathroom is stocked with hand-wash, shampoo & conditioner, bodywash, facial wash, lotion, feminine hygiene products, q-tips, and plenty of towels.

The location is as good as it gets for travelers. Gorgeous Manito Park is just one mile. One mile in the other direction is Spokane's historic downtown and Riverfront Park. Close proximity to three hospitals (especially Sacred Heart Hospital) makes this apartment especially convenient while visiting loved ones who might be getting medical care or working temp jobs in the medical field. This is a wonderful place to rest after a difficult shift at work or a stressful situation with a sick loved-one.

This is our “go to” spot in Spokane. It is close to everything we need, yet feels private and secluded. From the lovely, shaded backyard setting (with hot tub!) to the sweet apartment inside, this host really pays attention to details. Always a very comfortable stay for us!

This basement retreat was perfect for my sister and I. We were in the area for an event and this location put us in the center of all our planned activities. It was very nice to come back at the end of the hot day to the coolness of the apartment and/or sit in the shady restful back yard. We appreciated the thoughtfulness in the little extras provided by our hostess. We are already talking about coming back in the Spring!

I live upstairs and am a very quiet person. I enjoy nesting and creating a comfortable space for folks to feel safe and at home. I love jogging up Rockwood Blvd and enjoying the beautiful old mansions and trees or beautiful Manito Park, which is only 1 mile away. I also frequently jog downtown along the Spokane River to Riverfront Park with all its waterfalls and bridges. It's about 2 miles to the River.

Why they chose this property

This property is so quiet and feels so secluded when you're in it, and yet it's directly on the bus line, it's less than a mile to walk downtown, it's 2 blocks from Sacred Heart Hospital, it's close to many beautiful parks, and just a real nice place to rest.

What makes this property unique

This location cannot be beat. The zen backyard is a super big hit the the warm months. If you need rest and peace and quiet, this is your place. This spot is amazingly peaceful and quiet, for being extremely close to everything Spokane has to offer.
