This new construction apartment boasts 10-foot ceilings throughout, a full kitchen, heating/air conditioning in each room, and washer/dryer. Kick back and enjoy the 65-inch smart TV, where you can log in to all your favorite streaming services (AppleTV, AmazonPrime, Netflix, Hulu, and HBOMax are all available for login.)

The location provides a pleasant getaway in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many walkable amenities— including beautiful Olmsted Parks (Manito, Cannon Hill, and Cliff) with the amazing Duncan, Japanese, and Lilac gardens as well as extensive playgrounds/ splash pad just down the street in Manito Park. Enjoy a stroll down the historic Manito Boulevard and stop off at Rockwood Bakery for coffee or a meal; venture out to Manito Tap House, Republic Pi, or stop off for a drink at Boundary Bay Brewing or Thomas Hammer Coffee- all within four blocks of here. You'll be a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Spokane and Kendall Yards, where you can enjoy many more restaurants, shows, and Riverfront Park. We are also only a 5 minute drive to the Perry District— with Perry Street Brewing, Lantern Tap House, Perry Street Pizza, and Grain Shed. The property is a 15-20 min drive to Spokane International Airport.

The apartment is located on our gated property above a detached garage. Parking is on the street— just down a flat, straight, less-than 100-foot walkway from the apartment's front door. We have an incredibly friendly, elderly dog named Wally who may want to approach you to say "hello" when he's enjoying the backyard; please let us know if you'd rather not see Wally in the backyard and we can close his dog door. :)

This was a wonderful apartment for our stay in Spokane to visit family. It was in a great location. The apartment was very well appointed and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed on Halloween weekend so we were in prime location to take our kids trick-or-treating. The size of the space was perfect for our family of four, and we had everything we could need for a weekend stay. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and were super nice. Would totally stay again the next time we’re in Spokane!

This spotless apartment is in the perfect South Hill location. Lovely walking neighborhood near Manito and Cannon Hill Parks. Hosts are accessible and helpful, but offer complete privacy for your stay. Very safe and secure setting. The apartment is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and living room sitting. Great towels and soaps. A small kitchen has everything you need for a convenient stay. My second time here. Recommend highly!

Great location and exactly as described. This was a perfect spot for our family to use as a home base while we moved our student into Gonzaga. We also loved the sweet dog that greeted us in the backyard. We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit Spokane.

The space itself is very nice, efficient & compact; perfect for 2 or maybe 3 people (4 would be crowded). Wonderful location near Manito park and shopping.The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: The unit is above the garage of the home, so you can hear the garage door go up and down. It wasn't terrible; but maybe not good if you're a light sleeper. There is also a security gate that you have to open and close every time you come and go. Again, not terrible, but a little clunky if you're taking stuff to and from your car. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Very nice

The apartment and neighborhood are beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The whole process was seamless for us. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries. I took off a star because the beds were uncomfortable for me. They are very firm and, as a side sleeper, were hard on my hips. The couch, however, was quite comfortable.

Good stay

We came to Spokane to visit family. It was me, my husband, daughter and her boyfriend and their 3 year old son. The 2 bedroom apartment above the garage fit us very well and they provided a playpen sleeper for our grandson that worked out well. The queen beds in each room fit us well. The beds were a little hard but we brought body pillows of our own and that helped. We had a good stay and the apartment was very clean. I love that they provided coffee. My daughter had a dental emergency at 4:30 AM and the hospital was only a five min drive. I do wish I would have known the parking situation ahead of time as you have to park on the street and can’t even pull car up to the back of the house where the apartment is located to unpack. We made it work though and it was still a great stay over all.
