Excellent stay in Spokane. The bed in the main bedroom was extra firm, and the twin/trundle bed was medium firm, if anyone needs to know. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances. The backyard looks like it's been a while since it was cared for, but we didn't need it so it wasn't a bother. Very quiet neighborhood and still quite near everything. I would definitely recommend this house and personally would stay here again. Anna is a lovely, kind person and easy to get in touch with. Beautiful, old home with so many vintage touches!

Host was great. Had everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood a bit rough, yard needs a lot of work. Grass needs to be mowed, made the house look a bit run down. Bed was super comfy. Overall a good option for the price.

Hi Danielle, thank you for your review and for your honest feedback. We do want to apologize for the long grass during your stay. We were out of town at the time, and unfortunately our maintenance team’s mower had broken unexpectedly. Rest assured, the yard and grass have since been fully taken care of, and the peonies are now beautifully blooming. We’re very glad to hear that you found the house comfortable and enjoyed the bed and overall value of your stay. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your review and for sharing your suggestions with us. We appreciate the feedback and have already installed a hand bar in the bathtub area to make it more comfortable and convenient for guests. The bathtub itself is a standard-sized tub. The front entrance features a straight, clean walkway with three standard stairs as well as a railing at the top near the entrance. We’ve hosted many guests over the years and fortunately have not previously received concerns regarding accessibility there. We’re glad you enjoyed the internet service during your stay and appreciate you choosing our home.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home! We’re so happy you enjoyed the house and the fenced yard for your pup. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding moisturizer. Since skincare products are very personal and guests have different preferences and sensitivities, we’ve chosen not to include them as part of our amenities. Thank you again for staying with us — we’d love to host you again in the future!

This is a very nice house with old school charm. Nice hardwood floors and lots of solid wood, leather furniture and Tiffany style stained glass lights. It’s easy to find this house but be careful with traffic patterns if you’re not accustomed to the many one way streets and unmarked intersections without stops and yield signs. The house has everything you need and has parking on the street in front of it. The hosts were very accommodating when it came to our pets. The neighborhood is ok but it’s not what I would call “safe” at night to be out alone particularly around the grocery stores that are nearby. It seems pretty quiet but close to the city and I would recommend it with the sole caveat of be careful after dark.

Thank you, Steven, for your kind review and for highlighting the charm of our home. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and that the house had everything you needed. We also appreciate you sharing your perspective about the neighborhood. We've been hosting for over six years and have welcomed hundreds of guests without any safety-related incidents. Our neighborhood is home to many long-term residents and families with young children, and we've always found it to be a friendly community. Like many areas in Spokane and other cities, we encourage guests to use the same common-sense precautions they would when visiting any unfamiliar area, especially after dark. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending our home. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back in the future!
