You’ll have the entire house and yard to yourself — clean, safe, and exactly as pictured. Smooth self check-in and 24/7 host support.

Charming 1910s Craftsman with hardwoods and modern comforts: well-equipped kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer (detergent & softener sheets provided), brand-new AC, reliable gigabit internet, and a large smart LED TV. Relax in the clawfoot tub or use the shower. Morning coffee on the back porch while listening to birds, plus a large fully fenced yard and private fire pit.
Dogs welcome with a non-refundable pet fee—please disclose pets before arrival.
Ideal for families or business travelers. Easy access to I-90, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to hospitals (VA even closer). Just 3 blocks to Safeway, Walgreens, and popular restaurants, and 100 feet from the bus line to downtown. A car is recommended to fully explore Spokane and the Spokane–Coeur d’Alene area.

Security: exterior-only recording cameras for safety.

Loved this place. Clean! Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was clean and water pressure is good, living room is very comfortable as was the bed. The backyard was great for our pup and pretty too.

Host was great. Had everything you need for a short stay. Neighborhood a bit rough, yard needs a lot of work. Grass needs to be mowed, made the house look a bit run down. Bed was super comfy. Overall a good option for the price.

We were out of town at the time, and unfortunately our maintenance team’s mower had broken unexpectedly. Hi Robert, Thank you for your review and for sharing your suggestions with us. We appreciate the feedback and have already installed a hand bar in the bathtub area to make it more comfortable and convenient for guests. The bathtub itself is a standard-sized tub. The front entrance features a straight, clean walkway with three standard stairs as well as a railing at the top near the entrance. We’ve hosted many guests over the years and fortunately have not previously received concerns regarding accessibility there. We’re glad you enjoyed the internet service during your stay and appreciate you choosing our home.

This is a very nice house with old school charm. Nice hardwood floors and lots of solid wood, leather furniture and Tiffany style stained glass lights. It’s easy to find this house but be careful with traffic patterns if you’re not accustomed to the many one way streets and unmarked intersections without stops and yield signs. The house has everything you need and has parking on the street in front of it. The hosts were very accommodating when it came to our pets. The neighborhood is ok but it’s not what I would call “safe” at night to be out alone particularly around the grocery stores that are nearby. It seems pretty quiet but close to the city and I would recommend it with the sole caveat of be careful after dark.

Nice period/Craftsman home in “okay” area of Spokane. Fenced yard good for our pup. Well equipped (just missing skin conditioner/moisturizer). Near grocery and Walgreens.

Charming Home in Spokane!

Stayed two nights with 3 adults. Home was charming, comfortable and conveniently located. Communications with owners was great and key-code access was easy and quick. Great place to stay when visiting Spokane.

Great place to stay

The house was perfect for our needs and in a central location close to downtown. The hosts were accomodating and easy to communicate with. Very charming cottage with all that we needed for a brief weekend stay. Would be happy to stay here again!
