Features include 3 large bedrooms (1 King master, 1 with queen guest bed, and 1 with two queen guest beds) + a Den (with sofa sleeper). Two full baths complete the layout. Triple slider doors in a great room open to the lania which is outfitted with comfortable lounging and dining furniture. Wireless network (wifi) and Comcast Xfinity cable.
Sorry, no pets per community HOA rules. One garage stall is available for renters, owner leaves one car behind in garage. The Gulf Harbour community features many amenities including a Mariposa-only neighborhood pool just steps away. Residences also have access to a beautiful island next to the marina, includes a kids play area, walking paths, a quiet beach with beautiful sunsets.
