Casa Giogre` is a 4-bed vacation apartment in Sant`Isidoro, by the sea in Nardò, with a large panoramic terrace and all the main accessories.
The vacation home, in fact, is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven and ceiling blades.
Casa Giogrè is located on the second floor of a small villa. Pets are allowed.

The entrance to Casa Giogre` is on the ground floor, through a gate shared with the ground-floor apartment where the owner lives.
The house is on the second floor, with a large panoramic terrace furnished for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
The living area is a large furnished living room with dining room, kitchenette, sofa and TV. The living area consists of 2 double bedrooms, and completed by 1 shower room.
 
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Casa Giogre` stands in Sant`Isidoro, marina of Nardò, in a quiet and peaceful area, a few tens of meters away from the small beach, the 16th-century tower and all the main commercial services.
Sant`Isidoro is one of the marinas on the coast of Nardò, a Baroque town that can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Porto Cesareo, about 4 km away, is also very close.



- Self check-in instructions will be sent by mail or wsapp.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owner lives on the ground floor.
