The Bilocale is a brand new, modern , beachfront vacation rental in Torre Ovo on the sea in Torricella, located on the second floor of a newly completed complex.
The apartment is simple and cozy, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beaches of Puglia. There are: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, coffee maker, electric oven, smart TV, hair dryer, etc.
The vacation house offers up to 4 people. Pets are allowed.

The one-bedroom apartment is a comfortable and cozy solution where you can spend relaxing vacations a stone's throw from the sea.
The living room is furnished with a kitchenette and 1 double sofa bed. Just off the living room is a sea view veranda, partly covered, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The double bedroom is separated by a corridor, from where you can access the bathroom. In the small corridor, which connects all rooms, there is a convector heater with air conditioning that cools all rooms.
 
The property has just been renovated and is tastefully furnished.
The surroundings of Miramare in Torre Ovo
The Bilocale di Miramare is located along Via delle Sirene, the seafront promenade of Torre Ovo. The complex is located right in front of Librari beach. There are clubs and bars nearby.
The nearest towns with all services are Marina di Lizzano, about 8 km away, and Campomarino di Maruggio, about 13 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- In the bathrom there is no bidet, but bidet sprayer.
