Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Positives: The house was in a good location for exploring Bristol and it was good to have off road parking. Coffee pods in the kitchen were appreciated thanks Negatives: two of three bed mattresses were very uncomfortable (larger front room bed had large springs sticking up) - this had a significant impact on our stay ending up sleeping on top of multiple duvets to try and improve comfort and is the main reason for us giving 3*. I would argue the bed is the most important part of accommodation. This could be resolved with new mattresses or mattress toppers and the listing could be updated to say when this is done. There should also be more cutlery/ crockery in the kitchen. If up to 6 people can stay there then there should be at least 6 of each item. A dish for the oven would also be useful. The cleaner should also check the dishes in the cupboard are clean for subsequent guests.
