Part of the Brathay Cottages Collection, this recently renovated light and airy basement flat is built of traditional Lakeland Stone. It is a short stroll from the centre of Ambleside and is perfect for couples looking for a comfortable base in the heart of the Lake District.
Thomas Fold Flat provides a free parking permit for the car park just metres away, although there is usually free parking on the road outside the house as well.

Thomas Fold Flat has an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen area. For those cosy nights in the living room has a Large 32” Television with a DVD player and Sky TV with Sky Sports package, along with a Small Dining Table, Comfy Sofa and Arm Chair. The double bedroom has a King Size Bed, Spacious Built-in Wardrobe and a TV with Freeview and DVD. The modern bathroom has a walk in Power Shower. There is also an inner hall with further Storage Cupboards. This one bedroomed flat has the benefit of a Large Comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room which can be used for flexible sleeping arrangements (additional supplement for bedding may apply).
Thomas Fold Flat we provide a free parking permit for the car park just metres away, although there is usually Free Parking on the road outside the house as well. There are 9 steps down from the road level leading to a small courtyard patio area with Luxury Garden Furniture and the entrance to the flat. Thomas Fold Flat also has a separate Utility Room/Bike Storage with Tumble Dryer.
