The residence is situated in a green area close to a beautiful pinewoods and just few meters away from the beach. The flat can accommodate up to 5 guests and is situated on the ground floor. It features a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a terrace and a garden. Additionally, the apartment provides A/C and 1 reserved parking space.
