Air conditioning is a rare amenity in Jackson Hole due to our mountain climate. We do our very best to make this clear on the listing by excluding it from the list of amenities and specifying the lack of air conditioning in the property description. That being said, we are so sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you were able to locate the fans in the unit to help maintain a comfortable temperature. We understand how important it is to feel confident that your belongings and the home are secure while you’re away. When our team was notified of the issue, we offered to send a maintenance technician to the property to inspect and address the lock, but that option was declined. We also offered to remotely assist with locking and unlocking the door if needed so you could still enjoy your evening plans, but that option was also declined. Our team inspected the door and lock the following day and did not identify any issues, with both operating as expected. While we understand the frustration of encountering a concern during your stay, we regret that the available solutions were not utilized and that this situation ultimately impacted your experience.
