Characteristic studio apartment with mezzanine just two minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio, and ten minutes from Piazza del Duomo. Double bedroom in mezzanine with air conditioning / heat pump, spacious living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator and has internal stairs, can accommodate up to 2 people, equipped with Wi-Fi and everything you need for a pleasant stay in Florence.




Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required 
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 5,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
