Excellent property with plenty of space

Wonderful stay! Great amount of space, AC worked very well. Checkin was easy and informative, and location was easy to walk to Duomo and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Fabrizios property/ great location, very close to all the sights, a few blocks away from the mercato central for fantastic food- Grazie mille!

Fabrizio and Diego were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to any problems we had. We booked one of Fabrizio’s day trips to Lucca and Pisa. It was fantastic! The trip also included lunch and a wine tasting from a family run winery in Monte Carlo. Both wine and lunch were delicious! We would highly recommend both the unique property and caring and thoughtful hosts.

Perfect location

Close to the train station and all the sites. Booked for the middle of a 14 day trip through Italy and was able to do laundry and get out of a hotel for a few days. Everything was perfect.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Fabrizio and Diego were very kind and friendly. Check in was easy and thorough with Diego providing us all directions. Location was great and very walkable. The place offered all needed amenities (I.e., washer & dryer, AC, and even a lift!) Only hang ups are the amount of stairs and the tiny bathroom. Otherwise, fantastic place!

Perfect location!

We had a great stay here! It is walking distance to everything. The unit is spacious, has everything you might need and the air conditioning worked very well and fans were also available. There are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the apartment and a tiny elevator to utilize for luggage. And as the listing and other reviews state, the bathroom is very small. We are fairly small people and it worked out just fine, but I can see how larger people may have an issue with it.

Close to Duomo and restaurants

Loved our stay! Communication was great and the location was perfect for wandering around, shopping and access to the train. Very early wake up calls with workmen got us up and ready without an alarm🙂

Location, location, location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Florentine Renaissance apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Best of all was the location. We were able to walk everywhere, rarely needing to get a cab. Central market is located right behind the apartment where you are able to find some great deals. We enjoyed the Tratorria Zaza restaurant around the corner (reservations highly recommended). Ate there a couple of times. Food is delicious and reasonable. Fabrizio and Diego were great with communication. Highly recommend!

Diego was super and very responsive.

A great spot on a very safe street in a fantastic location. We were a family of 4 and the only small issue would be the bathroom is tiny, otherwise fantastic and we’d stay here again.

Large apartment with everything you could need!

I had such a great experience staying at this property. It was extremely clean, safe, and the check-in/check-out process was so easy. Fabrizio was kind, welcoming, and ensured I had everything I needed during my stay- which, as a solo traveler, was a big plus.

Fantastic Florence Find!

My friend and I stayed at this property for a week and it was perfect. It has a chic and historic vibe, and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in town and felt safe doing so from the location. Diego helped us get settled and brought us bread for breakfast, and the host provided wine as well. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book again!

What a unique spot right in the heart of Florence!!

This place is perfectly situated in one of the best parts of Florence. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE, even with 3 kids. There was also a helpful supermarket around the corner for basics and a contact who was there for us at any point of the stay if we had questions or needed recommendations. We loved it!!

This is the original centre of Renaissance Florence. Just steps from
the appartment is the Medici-Riccardi Palace, home of the powerful
Medici family, who ruled Florence, and brought it to the world stage during the renaissance. This area is a mix of small craftsmens' workshops and monumental florentine grandeur, and this mix makes it a very special and unusual part of my city. I love the idea that the Medici, and artists like Michelangelo once walked these streets.

This apartment is right in the centre of the historical centre, with easy access to all of Florence's monuments, galleries and amenities, yet it offers pretty views, plenty of light, and it is on a quiet street. This is an extraordinary combination for historical Florence. Its colours and proportions make it welcoming, warm and restful, so it's perfect after a day on your feet.
