Beautiful home with charming details. Close to everything
This is a well kept turn of the century home. Diverse neighborhood. Close to downtown and other routes to Canton and Cedar Point. Gracious hostess who made sure we had what we needed.

Neighborhood is of urban composition and located on the near West side of Cleveland which has a mix of people from Puerto Rico and other Latin American countries. The main street is part of Cleveland's Brooklyn Center historical district which consists of a vast array of renovated homes built in the 1900's of various sizes and architectural styles.
Public transportations is within walking distance to this home, but I would recommended renting a car or using Uber especially during the weekends. Private garage holds one car but additional space in the driveway accommodates up to 3 cars. Off street parking is also available.
NOTE: The main street can be busy at times so it is recommended that you plan for routine entry into the home from the back door near the garage OR side door in the driveway.
Additional information about rental rates
Utilities are NOT unlimited with this rental during long term stays. Only low to moderate utility usage is included. Electric and Gas charges over $125/month will be the responsibility of the guest. Water and sewer charges over $100/month will also be the responsibility of the guest. Only internet and cable TV are fully included in the rental rate.
