This fantastic home, with approximately 100m², is perfectly situated on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or gathering with your group. The area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto a balcony with a magnificent view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential appliances, including a stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Also on this floor is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, providing easy access for guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, a working desk and a wardrobe. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable stay.

The bathrooms come fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind.

The home is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Nestled in Madeira’s lush mountains, this property is a gateway to scenic hikes like the famous Levada do Furado and the majestic Pico do Arieiro. Nearby, you can explore the Laurisilva forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a day outdoors, enjoy local Madeiran cuisine at cosy restaurants such as Abrigo do Poiso, known for traditional dishes and mountain charm.

The best way to reach the property is by car.

The Madeira Airport is 45 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
