Clean, fully furnished second floor condo located on a fresh water canal in a residential neighborhood available for minimum 30 day rental. HOA rental agreement form is required to stay.
The condo is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used towels can be left in the bathrooms. Put used bed sheets in the laundry room. Start a load of laundry if you have time. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not open the large window in the bedroom. It does not have a window screen.
Use the front door keypad. Do not lock the front door knob before leaving the condo. The door knob requires a key to unlock.
Double bag trash before putting inside the trash bin. Put trash and recycle bins inside the garage after trash pickup.

Very Clean, great lanai overlooking canal with an abundance of birds!

Great location, close to restaurants & the beach. Quiet neighborhood, wonderful to have a single car garage. Kitchen is well stocked, in fact this was the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve ever rented. Loved the huge trees outside of the lanai & all of the birds.

Snowbird 3 month stay.

The condo is very well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It was a bonus to have full size washer/dryer that made it just like home. The condo had enough soaps and detergents to give us a good start on our 3 month stay. Rotunda West is a located close by beaches, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the bike paths located nearby. It was nice to have the use of the garage to store our bikes and beach things.Robin was a very good host and responded very quickly to questions that we had.We loved our winter in paradise.

Nice condo in Rotunda

The condo was very clean and spacious. Pots and pans and dishes were adequate. Appliances were nice. Laundry room was handy. Nice screened porch. Beds and bedding were good. The owner was always handy for any questions.

Quiet and Comfortable Condo

I would first like to say I had no prior experience With the Englewood area. That being said what a wonderful surprise to find this gem of an area on the gulf coast of Florida. The location is much more quiet and laid back compared to the surrounding near by cities. The condo is located about 7 miles from Englewood beach and is an easy bike ride on bike paths the whole way. Lots of dinning and entertainment close by. The condo itself was very comfortable and well furnished with all you could want. The owners were super responsive to anything that arose during our stay. We hope to be back soon.

The Rotonda West community has 5 golf courses. There are a variety of beautiful beaches to visit within 25 miles. This area is considered to be low key "Old Florida". There are no high rise buildings and large crowds to deal with. This is a great place to get away, slow down and relax.
