Beautiful apartment, one bedroom plus a living room with sofa-bed, newly renovated, in the center of Barcelona, just 7 min walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, and in the corner of Paseo de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya.
Ideal for both business tions as with all its new interior while retaining the original essence that characterizes Barcelona and the architecture of Antonio Gaudi.
Lovely high ceilings with moldings throughout the house, open kitchen with everything you need, living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV canalesd English, stunning bathroom with towels dryer etc ...
the apartment has all the necessary equipment to avoid them having to worry no more than bring your clothes and buy some food, among all facilities available: Nespresso, AC throughout the house, heating, wooden floors, except entrance and bathroom with a beautiful tiled floors, reminding the Gothic Barcelona, WIFI, ...
