Sehr strandnah gelegen. Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum um die Ecke. Alles sehr sauber. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine erleichtern den Aufenthalt. Mückennetze ermöglichen erholsame Nächte bei offenem Fenster. Ruhige Seitenstraßenlage und sehr wichtig in Italien: eigener sicherer Parkplatz im Hof. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Farmacia in Laufnähe. Sogar Strandstühle, Strandmatten und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Giovanni ist als Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation über whatsapp jederzeit möglich und zuverlässig. Man benötigt kein Taxi zum Flughafen, das funktioniert super mit Bus und Bahn. Für 4-köpfige Familie top geeignet. Insgesamt: sehr zu empfehlen.
