Hi Katie, Thank you before taking the time to leave a review, We are glad you had an amazing stay, Unfortunately, we do not have a hot tub. I am not sure why it says that we do. ! The trees in the condominium have grown considerably and we are trying to get some of them pruned, Unfortunately, they are not ours. They like the greenery and the protection from the weather. So it is a challenge to get them to prune them, but we will try and hopefully get back more of our sea view Jo

Je m’appelle Francesco et je suis le property manager de la Villa Tigli. Je m’occupe de la gestion d’une trentaine de maisons de vacances dans le sud de la Sardaigne et j’exerce ce métier depuis 15 ans. Tout au long de cette longue période d’expériences, il y a eu beaucoup de satisfactions, de belles expériences et même quelques erreurs, erreur commise de parte et d'autre. Mais comme par le passé, j’y ai mis le visage et j’ai assumé mes responsabilités, lorsque ces erreurs sont imputées au soussigné. En particulier, il est absolument vrai que les clients n’ont pas reçu le meilleur accueil à leur arrivée. Malheureusement, je me suis trompé sur le jour d’arrivée et j’étais convaincu qu’ils arriveraient le 27 décembre, plutôt que le 26. Leur arrivée était en fait prévue pour le 23 décembre mais, en raison de l’annulation de leur vol, ils ont dû être relocalisés, précisément pour le 26. Étant une période particulière, les dames de ménage ont fait ses travaux, avec l'assainissement, le 24 matin et auraient dû compléter le 27 matin simplement nettoyant le sol de la maison et en rangeant l’extérieur. Tout le reste était fait. À l’intérieur de la propriété ont été laissés seulement la table et les chaises qui se tiennent habituellement dans la véranda, à l’extérieur. Ce décor aurait ensuite été aménagé à l’extérieur, après la fin du nettoyage intérieur. Le reste de la maison, je le répète, était parfait. Les masques qui ont été trouvés appartenaient aux dames, qui les ont laissés à l’intérieur de la maison, mais pas sous le lit. En ce qui concerne l’utilisation de certains "systèmes de protection", je pense que cette conversation est totalement déplacée, car lorsque J'ai rencontré le monsieur, nous étions à l’extérieur de la maison pendant que sa femme et ses enfants étaient dans la voiture avec des masques. A la demande de porter un prétendu "système de protection" à l’extérieur , j’ai poliment refusé l’invitation et précisé que la dame, avec un état de santé vulnérable, n’était pas obligée de me rencontrer personnellement puisque j’allais terminer le check in avec son mari. Après avoir sorti la table et les chaises j’ai demandé au monsieur si je pouvais terminer, moi-même, le nettoyage du sol mais, à son refus, je n’ai pas insisté et j’ai remis les clés de la maison. Dear Jacques Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review , I am so glad you had a lovely holiday and enjoyed your stay at the villa and found it very comfortable It has a great location to travel either side coast of Cagliari and even to Oristano about 1 3/5 drive. Unfortunately there is not private parking but along the boundary of the house and garden there is usually plenty space. We hope we can be of service to you in the future Very best wishes Joyce
