VILLA 1 SOTA Space
We present to you a unique one bedroom home located in the heart of a dense tropical forest. This elegant and modern house, shaped like a honeycomb, blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, offering an unforgettable experience of living in the wild. It is ideal for those seeking tranquility and seclusion away from the city's hustle. Here, each day begins and ends with birds singing and leaves rustling, creating perfect conditions for relaxation and reflection.
The space: we highly recommend reading all accommodation conditions carefully before booking, as we want our guests to ensure this accommodation perfectly suits their needs.
Our guests are provided with a private house with its own entrance, fully equipped with everything necessary:
- King-size bed
- Premium 100% cotton bed linen
- 100% cotton towels
- Bathrobes
- Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion). All our toiletries are eco-friendly, natural, and zero-waste.
- A kitchen equipped for cooking (mini-fridge, induction stove, electric kettle, cookware)
- Wi-Fi and air conditioning
- The house is equipped with touch switches and smart sockets with USB and Type-C. The dining/work area also features a built-in wireless charger
- The house does not have curtains, allowing for maximum integration with the surrounding environment and a reconnection with the nature. You will wake up with the sunrise, along with jungle and the singing of birds.
Please make sure to stock up on groceries for meal preparation. In any case, the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive away, and restaurants in downtown Puerto Morelos are 14 minutes away by car.

Our guests are also invited to enjoy the rooftop of the house, which features a private (unheated) pool, ideal place for relaxation and meditation.
In addition, there are several communal areas shared with other guests, including:
- Natural swimming pool
- Private cenote on the territory
- Yoga and meditation hall.
Other things to note: our hotel is surrounded by wild tropical forest, where it is not uncommon to encounter its inhabitants, local flora and fauna. And also the entire Riviera Maya resort area is an area of ââhigh humidity and possible seasonal hurricanes, storms or rains, which can cause disruption of power supply and WI-FI signal for some time.
Of course, the jungle is a safer place than the seashore, however, we want our guests to be aware of such local natural phenomena.
