Set over two floors and sleeping up to four guests, Spring Cottage enjoys an idyllic location in Sheplegh Court, where you can take advantage of the onsite facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and expansive gardens, as well as having easy access to Dartmouth and Totnes.
Step into the property, where you can discard any coats and shoes in the entrance hall after your journey. Be welcomed into the comfortable living/dining room, where you can look forward to snuggling up on the sofa and watching your favourite film on the TV. Cook up a storm in the fully functioning kitchen, which has everything you will need to create tasty meals for your guests, before settling down around the dining table to enjoy and toast to a wonderful holiday. After a long day of exploring, pour in the bubbles and treat yourself to a long soak in the bath, followed by popping on fresh pyjamas and catching your rest in one of two well-presented bedrooms, a king-size and a twin. Wake-up and prepare for the day in style before joining your guests out on the shared courtyard to sip morning coffees or opt for a game of tennis.

- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- This is a no smoking home. Please do not smoke inside the home, or in the garden/at the front of the property. If we find evidence of smoking in any of these areas, a £50 charge will be applied for the additional cleaning costs.
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply, unless there is a designated electric vehicle charging point
