The villa has an inside and outside flow connecting the living area with the terrace and private pool. Enjoy nights of alfresco dining, thanks to a spacious outdoor kitchen, or head to the local restaurant in the area. The bustling resort of Ispica is only 15 minutes’ drive away and has a wide selection of shops, restaurants, and lively bars, alongside historical churches such as Chiesa di San Bartolomeo. Villa Kennedy is idyllically located just steps away from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, and a quick 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest supermarket and a local restaurant. Explore the historical, hilltop city, Ragusa Ibla, 40 minutes’ drive away, known for its stunning streets and its grand church of Duomo di San Giorgio adorned with exquisite paintings. The old baroque city of Scicli, just a 35 minute drive from the villa, is a stunning valley of palaces, churches and ancient streets.
