The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with quality linens, a large wardrobe, and ambient lighting for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a children’s bed (suitable for ages 0–7) and closet space.
For certain occasions, the children’s bed can be replaced with a single bed upon request.

The sleek and modern bathroom includes a bath and walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet located in the hallway for added convenience.

Check-In Process
The host will contact you directly to coordinate your check-in. Please note that check-in after 6:00 PM may be possible in consultation with your host and could incur an additional fee. Late check-in after 8:00 PM is only possible by exception and must be requested and confirmed in advance.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. Payment details are securely stored after your reservation is confirmed, but no charge or authorization is made unless the host submits a claim. Hosts may file a claim for damages up to 14 days after your check-out. The amount claimed may differ from the deposit depending on the situation.

Please inform your host of your expected arrival time in advance. You can contact your host directly using the details provided in your reservation confirmation.
