Property was very clean and worked well for 5 adults. The location is outside of central London and tourist attractions, but close to the subway (tube) and it was very easy to get to all of the places that we wanted to. The Italian restaurant called Zonzo is within walking distance and the food was excellent.
Our family of four recently stayed in the flat and I can highly recommend it. It's quite spacious, with three full bedrooms (one on-suite), a reasonably sized kitchen (with a full refrigerator and nicely outfitted), a balcony, and a nice-sized living room/dining room. The host was very responsive to any question or issue we had, including face-timing us shortly after we arrived, as a neighborhood construction project had temporarily interrupted water service.The neighborhood is lively, with Church Street Market literally below the flat. That also precludes sleeping in, as the vendors start setting up each morning around 6:30 or 7:00, clanging their metal poles on the street as they setup and unload their wares. But, it's all very lively and things start happening early in mega-cities.The building itself could use some TLC, but the flat itself is clean and airy.The area is great, as you're steps from both Edgware Road stations, near Paddington, and there's a large Middle Eastern population, which means fabulous restaurants galore. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, as well.Overall, just a wonderful place, with a wonderful host!
