Located in the heart of the Eixample district, the apartment places you right in one of Barcelona’s most vibrant and elegant neighborhoods. This area is known for its classic modernist architecture, and a perfect mix of local charm and cosmopolitan energy.
You'll find yourself steps away from cultural landmarks, boutique shops, cozy cafés, and a wide range of restaurants offering both local Catalan cuisine and international flavors. The neighborhood is also well-connected by public transport, making it easy to reach all corners of the city
The street recently underwent a transformation into a more pedestrian-friendly street as part of Barcelona’s “Superilla” project, creating a quieter, greener, and more walkable space with less traffic and more local life.
You will have exclusive access to the whole apartment.
The apartment features a thoughtfully designed layout to ensure a comfortable stay. It includes two double bedrooms, a full bathroom, a bright and cozy living-dining area, and a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and take in the local atmosphere.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is equipped with essentials such as sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, paper towels, coffee, and tea, all available for your use. You’ll also find appliances like a microwave, conventional oven, kettle, and a coffee machine, perfect for preparing a light breakfast or lunch while enjoying your time in touristic Barcelona.
The closest metro stations to the apartment are Rocafort and Plaça Espanya, both located approximately 450 meters away.
Several bus lines run through Gran Via which connects you to major attractions and neighborhoods
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a € 5 management fee.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat's capacity is of 2 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 6.90€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. Regardless of whether any guest stays for fewer nights, the tax is applied to the total number of nights in the reservation.
-Starting May 1st, the tourist tax will increase to €9.35 (VAT included), per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
