My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place for 11 days. It was absolutely perfect for us: we walked everywhere—especially Gràcia and L’Eixample (one only needs a taxi or public transport to get to Park Güell, the Joan Miró museum, Barcelona’s). We loved that it had a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable bed in the primary (firm and supportive, with great pillows). Despite being mid March, we didn’t need heating at all, and in fact kept the window open in the main bath for additional cooling at night. The sweet balcony overlooks the best ice cream shop, which we frequented. There is an elevator to get to the apartment, very convenient with luggage, but you must be able to climb a few stairs to access the bedrooms and primary bathroom (not an issue for us). Communication with the owner, Luis, was outstanding, and he even arranged for a taxi to pick us up in the very early morning to take us back to the airport at the end. All in all, fantastic stay, and we will definitely book this place again when we return.

Perfect Stay

Dad and teen girls had a perfect stay. Location was A, apartment was exactly as advertised if not nicer. Great pool for a late afternoon dip, with sun and shade. Friends stayed at a nice hotel nearby, and they all agreed this apartment was a much better option. Owner and manager replied immediately and were great to deal with.

Great apartment

We had a fab stay in the the apartment. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect position for visiting the main sites. It was particularly well placed to explore Gràcia, which we loved!

Pleasant stay in Barcelona

An excellent location and comfortable apartment in Barcelona. Check in was very smooth and informative. It would be an outstanding apartment for a couple. It was still excellent for our family but our kids were a little cramped in the secondary bedroom.

Terrific appartment

It was our first time in Barcelona, we quickly settled in and felt at home. Everything we wanted to do in the city was in walking distance, and the metro and train access was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Great location, nice, well equipped apartment. The welcome staff was very accommodating. The pool area could use a bit of cleaning up to make it nicer but I realize this is a shared space with the other building residents and not the apartment owner’s responsibility.

A beautiful apt across from best gelato in the city!

This is an excellent property that is well decorated, comfortable and in a most convenient location for shopping, restaurants and historical sites. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. The kitchen is extremely functional and overall I highly recommend the visit for a couple or a small group.

Comfortable spot close to all

In the heart of a neighborhood filled with students, families, pensioners. Healthy walk to the major sites. All in a well-appointed apartment. Excellent communication from Luis and our greeter. Highly recommend!

Location Location Location!

This contemporary flat is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, high end shopping, countless bars and shops. As a bonus you can catch a taxi 1/2 block away at the hotel, but we were able to walk most of the time. Lovely and helpful hosts and property manager.

Location location location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our la Vila de Gràcia stay and would definitely repeat in the future. The location is perfect - a quiet street just steps away from 2 of the most visited streets/locations in BCN. The hosts were lovely, the check-in process seamless, and amenities were comfortable. Two thumbs-up as they say!

Fantastic location, great apartment

The apartment is in the best location for a visitor. Close to everything, but in a nice not touristy neighborhood. There are so many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores within a short walk. On a quiet nice street. Perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 kids. Very comfy beds and furniture too. Highly recommend!

Perfect locale

This apartment was fantastic. So very clean, well appointed and the best location. Located on a mostly pedestrian street, we enjoyed people watching from our balcony. It was a great respite from the heat of the summer after our long days out. Close to so many shops and restaurants. Truly a wonderful stay! Thank Luis and Lali for allowing us this unforgettable week in your lovely apartment!

Great location

The apartment was in a great location. The instructions for washer and dryer should have English instructions also did not seem to dry the clothes smaller than it looks but great location. It was enjoyable to see the activity down below us would stay again.
