Recently renovated with a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, it’s a fantastic base for exploring the provinces of Parma, Piacenza, and Cremona, as well as the nearby art cities and medieval villages.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire house (living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, entrance, storage room, and laundry area). Access is based on your reservation: you may use the bedrooms and bathrooms according to the number of guests agreed upon at booking.



You’re welcome to use the outdoor dining table for meals or remote work.



## Restricted Areas and Safety Precautions



The agricultural areas of Podere Montevalle are off-limits to guests for safety reasons.

The horses and other farm areas are separated, but for your safety:

- Always supervise children when outdoors.

- Do not approach the farm areas or horse enclosures.



Other Things to Note:

For environmental reasons and to ensure responsible energy use, the maximum set temperature for heating is 22°C, while the minimum set temperature for air-conditioning in summer is 24°C.

The system is designed to provide optimal comfort while supporting sustainability.
