Charming and private apartment in the heart of Úbeda, perfect for couples or solo travelers. It includes a double bedroom, private bathroom, air conditioning, and a kitchenette. A peaceful space for rest and relaxation, just a 3-minute walk from Capilla del Salvador. And only 45 minutes from Jaén.

Each apartment has its own private bathroom, equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
There is also a private kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
The building includes a shared rooftop terrace, and elevator access.

Despite being tucked into a historic setting, the apartment is well connected:
Bus stations nearby provide local and regional access

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
