The open plan living area leads directly onto a private terrace and garden. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for meals al fresco and sun loungers, for guests to relax and enjoy the mild climate. Back inside, there is a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping:
The airy master bedroom has French windows which open onto the terrace and garden. It is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Within easy reach of the coast, guests can choose from a variety of beaches close by. There are quiet beaches and more lively options. Free beaches and bathing stations where you can hire a sunbed and parasol for the day. For cycling enthusiasts, there are many scenic paths, both along the coast in inland.

The apartment is only 5 minutes from the heart of the lovely town of Bordighera. The town has been a popular holiday destination for over a century and with good reason. It is famous for its elegant buildings, seafront promenade, picturesque Medieval centre and exceptionally mild climate. The weekly market (Thursday mornings) takes place on the Lungomare Argentina. Get there early for the freshest local ingredients.

The larger town of Ventimiglia is just 10 minutes away. Here visitors can explore its medieval Old Town and enjoy delicious food at the wide range of restaurants and cafés. Ventimiglia’s famous weekly market is every Friday. Here you can find everything from clothes to homewares.

Nice airport is 52 minutes away and Genova City Airport is 1 hour, 50 minutes. If you are coming by rail then Bordighera station is 6 minutes.
