This stylish 4-bed family home in leafy, sought-after Cyncoed is ideal for family stays, city breaks, and group getaways. Comfortably sleeps up to 9 across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a luxe loft, cosy bunk room, and spacious super king suite.

The vibe is effortlessly cool with soulful touches throughout including a show stopping pink velvet sofa, vinyl player, curated art, and a bar setup in the lounge. Cook with ease in the rustic-modern kitchen, fully stocked with a gas range cooker, air fryer, Nutribullet, juicer, slow cooker and everything you need for family feasts or lazy brunches.

Two bathrooms (one with walk-in shower, one with bath and shower) make mornings smooth, while the private garden brings the outdoors in with astro turf, a trampoline, sun loungers, and outdoor dining for six.
