ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: LATE CHECK IN after 20:00 has a cost of 20 euro, after 23:00 has a cost of 30 euro. SMOKING inside the flat is strictly prohibited! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOR and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night (10 PM 08 AM), on arrival and departure.
