The property was perfect for our time in Rome. The location was very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, and we loved being on the second floor with our windows open to the fresh air and the sounds of the street below.

This apartment was in a fantastic location, close to everything. Steps from Piazza di Popolo and 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. It had a lovely patio, too. There was plenty of room.

Francesco was an amazing host! He is very kind and helped us with our luggage. We celebrated my husband’s birthday the day we arrived at restaurant Babette, a terrific recommendation from Francesco. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is very near Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps.

This was a fantastic location for exploring Rome by foot. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby. We were in Rome during a heat-wave and were very thankful for the A/C system. The apartment was a great size for a couple and 2 kids.

Great location. Among multiple higher end stores and walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Leonardo Da Vinci museum and adjoining plaza. Lots of dining options for all price points. The taxi pickup spot is also nearby. Definitely felt safe for two female travelers. Room: Very spacious. The 2 bathroom option was great, and the little courtyard was adorable. Full kitchen. AC. Comfortable beds. The only con I can think of is the light and noise coming in from the windows. It is very bright. You overlook the street shops so the noise is loud. And maybe the smell from the lobby/hallway? Not much to be done about that, but the room did not smell. It felt very much like a home, not a hotel. I definitely would stay here again.

Charming apartment at a fantastic location

Our family of four stayed at the apartment for 3 nights in June. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of restaurants/cafes, supermarkets, metro stations and shops. Piazza del Popolo is 2 mins to walk where we met our day tours. The property is lovely and has everything we need. While we did not use the kitchen to cook, it's well equipped. We did use the nespresso machine to make coffee every day. It was great. The bedroom is spacious. My teenagers found the sofa bed comfortable. We also appreciated two bathrooms within the unit. The air conditioning was God sent after a long day venturing out. Francesco was very helpful and responsive. Will stay again!

Great apartment in a beautiful neighborhood and an excellent location. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and charming boutiques nearby. You can easily walk to the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and many other attractions. The Vatican is also within walking distance.The apartment was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free throughout our stay. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it.
