We had a really nice stay overall. The place was great and the beds were very comfortable. It could use a little TLC in a few areas, though. Some of the rugs were stained, and the bathrooms were very small with not much shelf or counter space. There also weren’t many mirrors, which made getting ready a little tricky. The AC worked extremely well in all of the bedrooms, but the living room was not cooling when we arrived. We let the host know on the first day, but the only response we received was essentially to let them know if we needed anything further. We ended up figuring out the issue ourselves and were able to get it working.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would give it 4 stars. With a few small updates and a little more responsiveness when issues come up, it could easily be even better.

The air conditioner in one room and the elevator did not work. We booked the property just because it had a elevator. The host never responded to either of the issues. They also informed VRBO that they never heard of any issues from us whereas I had clear proof that they were informed and they responded saying they will look into it. They never fixed any of the issues we had and we were there for 4 nights. Overall we were not happy with the response.
