In the summer, the house operates as a hotel, but in winter it offers a truly special opportunity: you can rent the entire house and enjoy a private and undisturbed alpine experience in the heart of a snow-covered landscape.

The house features a total of twelve rooms, ranging in size from small, cozy double rooms to spacious family rooms. Ten of the rooms have private bathrooms, while the remaining two share two modern communal bathrooms located in the hallway. All rooms have been carefully renovated in a traditional Austrian style, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere.

When renting Alpenhaus Kesselfall in winter, you gain access to the entire house – not just the rooms, but also the large dining hall, the dishwashing area, and the fully equipped professional kitchen. Everything you need to cook for large groups is provided, making it the perfect setting for cozy evenings with good food and togetherness after a long day on the slopes. You can even purchase kegs of beer and connect them directly to the house’s own draft beer system, making your après-ski experience truly special.

Access to the house during winter adds a unique charm to the experience. The last 300 meters of the road are closed to regular traffic, so guests either walk the final stretch or are driven up by the house’s pick-up vehicle. Many also choose to sled down – a favorite among both kids and adults. This seclusion from traffic and noise means guests can enjoy the stunning winter landscape all to themselves. Children can play safely and freely in the snow in front of the house, while adults can relax in the outdoor Swedish hot tub and enjoy the silence and the view of the snow-covered mountains.
