Äskettäin uusittu Ocean View Condo lähellä keskustaa ja Malecon Boardwalk

Tämä ihana huoneisto on hiljattain käynyt läpi täydellisen uusinnan (2017). Kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta, kaksi marmorista kylpyhuonetta ja tonnia kaappitilaa. Uusissa kalusteissa on amerikkalainen king-size-vuode molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. "Oikea" keittiö, jossa on runsaasti vastatilaa, täysikokoiset laitteet ja astianpesukone, jätehuolto ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Yksikkö tarjoaa kauniit merinäkymät ja 10 minuutin alamäkeen kävelymatkan päässä Vallarta kauniista malecon. Tarpeeksi kaukana kokea, millaista on elää Puerto Vallarta -alueella, mutta myös lähellä ravintoloita, baareja, ostosmahdollisuuksia, rantoja ja kaikkea mitä voi kysyä. Rauhallinen uima-allas on aivan oven takana. Ilmaiset puhelut Yhdysvaltoihin ja Kanadaan. Vähintään 7 yön yöpymisellämme saat alennuksen ja säästät vielä enemmän kuukausittaisen oleskelun yhteydessä. Emme veloita siivousmaksua, mutta pyydämme, että annat suosituksen työntekijöillemme heidän erinomaisesta palvelustaan.

Little Slice of Heaven

This is a beautiful property with all the beautiful views. It is a quick walk to the malecon, downhill. We took an uber back after a day of walking, but you can walk back up. The condo is comfortable and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive and Jesus is the best.

Great experience

We have been booking with vrbo for eight years. Paul and Jose provided the most comprehensive package ever, they were very responsive and quick to respond to our inquires. Jesus, the property manager arranged for our taxi to the airport and Sylvia did an amazing cleaning job.The condo is on a busy street and on a steep hill. If you are not prepared to enjoy the sounds, smells and traffic of Mexico then you should not travel there. We enjoyed the sounds of the roosters across the street and we could eliminate the traffic noise by closing the patio doors. We didn’t hear anything at night. We are both 81 years old and we managed the hill quite well albeit with several stops. We would recommend that you use 31 of October street, just across from the condo, as this has sidewalks and a cleaner walk. Watch for dog excrement and uneven sidewalks.If you want to take a taxi don’t get one from the Malecon as they almost double the price. Go up one street and flag a cab. Always ask the price.We have a couple of recommendations for Paul and Jose. The shower needs grab bars for safety. We bought an anti slip mat for the shower stall. The patio area really requires comfortable patio chairs as the bistro set is very uncomfortable. We highly recommend this condo as it’s well equipped, has great staff support and wonderful,owners.

Nice large condo

Spacious size condo, with a great kitchen equipped with mostly everything you require for cooking meals. Both bedrooms have comfortable king sized beds. Master bathroom is larger with larger size shower, a walk in closet with extra towels and bed sheets, and a safe to lock your valuables in it. The second bedroom is smaller & has a wall to wall closet so you could hang up your clothes & also some drawers to put away other things. They supplied laundry soap so we did wash our clothes and especially our wet towels. You have to purchase water from the Ciel water truck that comes around 3x per week. Also they have a house cleaner that comes in once per week and they ask you to leave a tip for them. The pool is an added bonus but not heated so we did not use it cause it was not really hot when we were there. The only bad part about our 3 week stay is the neighborhood chickens and dogs. There is chickens behind the condo and across the street from the condo. They are squawking all day and night & the dogs seem to bark a lot at night Iike they are running in packs. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to the Malecon. It’s downhill and about 5 blocks to walk. We brought our Firestick but the owner Juan was kind enough to email me & we called him on the phone & we used his setup at times.

Excellent experience, Jose and Paul were very quick to reply to any questions, the PM was alway available, and the condo was well equipped and clean. Great location but a bit of a hike up the hill.

Well stocked for long term stay with a great view

This property is well maintained and stocked for long term stays. All of the appliances work well and the kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook your meals and to re-heat leftovers easily. The views of the Bay are stunning and you'll get to see cruise ships come in and out of port. Weekly housekeeper is amazing and the pool is small but nice to have and the hosts were always responsive to messages. That climb up from Malecon can be rough for first timers during the warmer weather and the chickens can be loud at random hours but if you can keep the sliding doors closed it will definitely help to cut down the noise. Calle Allende is a main artery for trucks and motorbikes and ATVs so it can be a bit noisy. Overall a great spot if you love the sunset views and a great location if you want to be close to Centro but not right in the middle of it.

Very Responsive, Central Location

The hosts are so responsive and helpful. I appreciated the level of communication. Also, their willingness to be flexible was great when our trip got shifted due to flight issues! Beautiful condo and pool. Great views. Great location to get to any end of town. I could easily walk to most places. Not too far from the airport. We had to work while there so the condo was a great home away from home for us; comfortable setting and good internet connection.

Loved it!

Property was large and clean, plenty of towels, nice kitchen. I love the location, just a walk doen the hill to the Malecon, and uber home! There are some stairs, but only a slight inconvenience when moving luggage-- but our greeter took care of that! Im 69 years old. And stairs were not an issue!

The condo is exactly as described. The previous reviews were accurate about the roosters, but there is lots of white noise to drown them out at night. Im sure they do sleep as well at some point. The condo was clean, well maintaned, and they were extremely prompt with any concern we had. Will definetly stay again.

Fantastic property with great views

We had a great stay. Condo is very bright, clean, nicely decorated, lots of amenities. The pool right outside the front door was great, gets nice sun in the afternoon. The balcony on the front has beautiful views. The hosts are great, very responsive. Easy, safe walk down to the malecon. Also easy to get taxi or uber to take you back up the hill if you don't want to walk it.

Outstanding Accommodation and Hosts

Checking in was flawless with Jesus. We were amazed with the all the condiments, spices and seasonings, dishes, pots and pans, electrical appliances available. They supplied a full array of paper and plastic products (e.g. garbage bags) even some bottled water to start out our stay. Lydia, the cleaner, was a dynamo giving a weekly, thorough cleaning of our suite. Top marks for her! Paul was exceptionally good to deal with. We talked a few times after he initiated contact with us first. We would give him six stars out of five! We had three small concerns and suggestions connected to the bathroom: the main shower stall needed a bit of caulking at the base of the glass; a hand towel ring or hook by the sink as well as a door stop to the bath room door would have been nice BUT our unit was the nicest we have had in over 40 years of travelling. Paul and Jose certainly can be proud of this unit.

Puerto Vallarta Condo

This property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The owners were a breeze to deal with and the property manager, Jesus, was a gem. As stated in previous reviews, it is up a hill, we preferred to walk it but it is easy to get a cab up. We would definitely stay again.

Three months in Paradise

My husband and I just came back from a wonderful 3 month stay at Paul & Jose’s condo and we absolutely loved it. We found the accommodations to be spacious, comfortable and, more importantly, very homey. If you’re staying somewhere for a number of months, you really appreciate being able to settle in and feel like you’re at home. We ate the majority of our meals in and the well equipped kitchen, complete with an excellent gas stove, a wide variety of pots, pans and a dish washer, made preparing meals and cleaning up a breeze. Another thing we really appreciated for our longer stay was the streaming services included on the TV, allowing for entertainment on the quiet nights at home. The cross ventilation created with the patio door and front door left open when we were home meant we never needed to use AC during the day, but we really appreciated the fact that there are individual AC units in both bedrooms and the living area. That meant that at night, we could set the chosen temperature for our bedroom, turn on the noise cancelling fans, and sleep peacefully in complete comfort on our king size bed. Admittedly, it is a very noisy neighborhood, but the chickens, dogs and loud vehicles never disturbed us at night as long as we used that fan. The neighborhood was an interesting combination of both locals and tourists, and, for the most part, we found people to be very friendly. Also, as mentioned by so many others, the walk up the hill is definitely a challenge. My husband and I actually walked it at least once every day, but that’s a personal choice The great thing is that while the walk only takes about 11 or 12 minutes, if you are not a walker, Uber and taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. We did have a few small problems while we were there, but as soon as we soon as we contacted either Jesus, the property manager, or the owners, Jose and Paul, the issues were dealt with and resolved quickly and professionally. We really appreciated Paul and Jose’s open, sincere and very friendly communications. I was pleasantly surprised the first time they contacted us just to make sure we were comfortable and not having problems. Our stay was very memorable in a totally positive way and we want to thank Paul and Jose for a delightful experience. Perhaps we can repeat it again in the future. Wanda & Bob

Great Spacious Condo 6 Blocks from The Malecon and Los Muertos Beach

This wonderfully appointed 1500 square foot condo in Puerto Vallarta is just 6 short blocks from the Malecon and Los Muertos Beach. This spacious 2 bedroom suite is nicely furnished with perks such as a 65 inch HD TV, a lovely deck with a great view where we had coffee each morning, NHL Network, Netflix, movie channels and more. We didn't use the aircon as much during the day, as the two large sliding doors with screens provided a pleasant temperature in the morning; however, the aircon in the condo efficiently and comfortably cools this space when needed as there are aircon units in each of the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen area. The property owner, Paul, is wonderful man who we enjoyed working with, while the property manager addressed any issues that required attention. In addition, we had exceptional maid service each week that we feel was outstanding!

We stayed at this property for one week. I read the reviews about the condo was up a hill but didnt visualize how steep the hill was....LOL! We tried to get a taxi to take us up the hill a few times and they refused for whatever reason, so we trekked up the hill. There are roosters in the area and they start crowing between 4 & 5am and continue throughtout the day. So, if you want to sleep late, this is not the place for you. In our opinion, we didnt think the condo was so clean. There were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door and garbage left behind from the last occupants. Overall, the condo and location was okay but we deinitely will not return to this condo.

Le condo est très grand et éclairé. Il est bien équipé et sécuritaire. La piscine est très bien et tranquille, c'est comme si vous avez une piscine privée. Les commentaires parlaient de la côte à monter pour se rendre au condo. C'est exacte, porter des bonnes chaussures et allez-y tranquillement, surtout quand il fait très chaud ! Le eul bémol sur l'emplacement est le bruit. En plus des coqs qui crient à tout moment, il y a beaucoup de circulation de véhicules qui font beaucoup de bruit en montant. Apportez des bouchons d'oreilles !! En résumé, c'est un beau condo tout près de la Malécon et de la mer. The condo is very large and bright. It is well equipped and safe. The pool is very nice and quiet, it's like having a private pool. The reviews talked about the hill to climb to get to the condo. That's right, wear good shoes and take it easy, especially when it's very hot! The downside to the location is the noise. In addition to roosters screeching at all times, there is a lot of vehicle traffic that makes a lot of noise on the way up. Bring earplugs!! In summary, it is a beautiful condo very close to the Malécon and the sea.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased that the apartment was exactly as appeared in the photos. It was very clean and incredibly spacious. The owners responded to any questions we had very quickly. We only used a taxi to climb the hill to the apartment from the Malecon twice and were able to make the climb the rest of the time. It was more taxing climbing multiple times a day though. There are roosters in the neighborhood and it was helpful knowing that from other reviews, so we did expect to hear them. The view from the balcony is fantastic! We would definitely stay again if we return to PV.

Excellent stay. Condo was spacious and beautiful.

This was the first time my sister and I had not stayed in a resort in Mexico. There were positives to this - closer to the Malecon, beautiful condo, and a north facing balcony allowing us to use it anytime of day. We were only about 6 blocks straight up the hill from the Malecon - we enjoyed walking down in the mornings but usually took a taxi back when it was hot and humid. Some taxi drivers did not want to do the trip and the cost varied between 50 and 100 pesos depending on time of day and driver. The PManager said we could get a large plastic jug of water from a street seller if ours ran out but we never did see one on the street. We had also bought some bottles so no problem for a week’s stay. We figured out how to get some time on the beach behind the Blue Shrimp - best Margaritas of the whole trip. Not having direct beach access could be an issue for some but our focus was to try something “local”. Staying in the Mexican neighborhood, seeing the daily routines of the residents, buying our Diet Cokes from the little shop a few doors up the hill - and the lovely condo itself - were the high lights. Heavenly condo

This condo is large, beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The pool is clean and well serviced with comfortable chaise loungers and a lovely breeze. The appliances are new and we ate breakfasts and lunches in. Water, shampoo , coffee filters, laundry soap, paper towels were all provided. A bit of an issue with the dishwasher but it was dealt with immediately. Jesus was helpful and had a cute sense of humour. We were thankful to find Eric’s card and telephone number. He is a delightful, reliable taxi driver who speaks excellent English. He is a family man with beautiful children and we preferred having his service rather than uber. As described the condo is situated at the top off a rarely steep hill. We took this as a challenge and walked it everyday except two when we put on our fancy shoes and went out to fancy dinners. It is a developing neighbourhood and the roosters are part of the experience. We had ear plugs so not an issue. There are very very good restaurants nearby eg Barcelona Tapas, Cafe des Artistes, La Cappella and in the Versailles area Cafe Lindo. The Malecon and the Romantic zone are an easy, flat walk once down the hill. Paul and Jose have thought of everything and are great owners. Thank you for sharing your home. Sherry
