Situated in a peaceful location in the countryside behind the Bay of Pollensa and boasting fabulous views towards the sea, Ca'na Sureda offers relaxing accommodation within a short drive of all the amenities on offer in nearby Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa town. There is a well stocked supermarket on the outskirts of Alcudia just a five minute drive away that is perfect for stocking up for a week of lazing around this beautiful villa. The narrow streets and charming tapas bars of old town Alcudia are a "good stretch of the legs" at 3kms but again, is just a short trip in the hire car. Inside the house is very well furnished and includes a large and spacious lounge diner, well-equipped kitchen and well-appointed bedrooms. Air-conditioning has been added to the bedrooms to aid a restful night's sleep. The proud owners have also added Bluetooth to the Wifi system and the house has been generally refreshed and updated. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a shaded terrace with a built-in barbecue and down to the large, private pool from where there are lovely, countryside views. The gardens to the rear of the house have also been lovingly tended and the villa grounds are surrounded by secure fencing and impressive double gates.



Information to note:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the check-out day, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be applied.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so shortly before your arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
