Simple vacation apartment Stella Maris 1

Comfortable ground-floor apartment with terrace, located in the top tourist area of Umag. The beach can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. Air-conditioned and situated in a quiet green area, yet still centrally located. Close to the tennis courts where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for many years, as well as the Stella Maris tourist resort.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and features a terrace at the entrance, furnished with a table and chairs.

Inside you will find:
-one bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and satellite TV
-a second bedroom with two single beds
-a fully equipped kitchen with two electric and two gas burners, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, and dining table
-a bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet, and washing machine
-an air conditioner located in the hallway

Bed linen, two bath towels per person, and Wi-Fi internet access are included.

Parking and a barbecue are available for shared use in the courtyard in front of the house.

*Registration fee: €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, but not inside the apartment.

We kindly ask our guests:
-to respect the neighbours and behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night and during afternoon rest hours,
-to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation for safety reasons,
-to use the accommodation equipment with care,
-to dispose of waste properly and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after assessment, compensation for damages must be paid in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange key handover.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of stay.
