The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator (about 60 steps), so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Access is via a staircase with 60 steps, but once at the top, you'll find yourself welcomed into a little nest.

The building interior has been completely renovated. It used to be a 15th-century cloistered convent, though the exterior renovation work is unfortunately not yet complete. So don’t be alarmed by the outside—once you step inside, you’ll find everything is wonderful!

The apartment is located just a 3-minute walk from the historic center and 5 minutes on foot from the lake. Once you park your car, you won’t need it anymore.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from S. Giovanni Station and just 3 minutes on foot from Como Lago Station.
